Every Scottsdale Exotics rental includes primary commercial auto liability coverage at state-required limits and physical damage protection on the rented vehicle, with the renter responsible for a per-incident deductible that varies by tier. Renters must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license, present a major credit card in their own name, and clear a brief insurance and driving-record review prior to delivery. International drivers are welcome with a valid passport and home-country license.
Optional damage waivers reduce or eliminate the renter's deductible exposure for covered collision, theft, and vandalism events, and a supplemental tire-and-wheel package is available for track-prepared vehicles and extended trips. Standard exclusions apply for off-road use, racing or competitive events, driving under the influence, unauthorized drivers, and damage caused by gross negligence. We recommend reviewing your personal auto policy and credit-card rental benefits; many high-end cards extend secondary coverage that stacks with ours.
A full rental agreement and waiver packet is delivered electronically before pickup and must be signed by the primary renter and every approved additional driver. Our concierge team is available to walk through coverage options, answer questions about deposits, and document the vehicle condition at delivery and return.
