Scottsdale Exotics ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit scottsdaleexotics.com, contact us, reserve a vehicle, or rent from us. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. Effective date: June 10, 2026.
Section 02
Information you provide to us: full name, email address, phone number, mailing and billing addresses, date of birth, driver's license number and image, insurance carrier and policy details, emergency contact information, and payment information (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers). Information collected automatically when you use our website: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, links clicked, and approximate location derived from your IP. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and to remember your preferences. Vehicle telematics during active rentals: every vehicle we rent is equipped with GPS and monitoring devices that record location, speed, geofence entry/exit, and related operational data. This information is collected continuously while a vehicle is in your possession and is used to enforce the Rental Agreement and protect the vehicle. Information from third parties: identity verification services, DMV records, background-check providers, and insurance verification services may share information with us as part of the rental approval process.

We use the information we collect to: (a) create and manage reservations and rental agreements; (b) verify your identity, driving record, and insurance coverage; (c) process payments, deposits, and refunds; (d) monitor and protect our vehicles, including enforcing speed and geofence limits described in the Rental Agreement; (e) communicate with you about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and changes; (f) respond to inquiries and provide customer support; (g) send marketing emails about new vehicles, offers, and events (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email); (h) prevent fraud, investigate incidents, and pursue claims; (i) comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and (j) improve our website and services.
Section 04
We share personal information only as needed to operate our business, including with: (a) our payment processor (Stripe) to process transactions and deposits; (b) insurance providers and verification services to confirm coverage; (c) background-check and identity-verification providers; (d) the telematics/GPS provider that operates our in-vehicle monitoring system; (e) service providers who help us run the website, send communications, or provide customer support; (f) law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others; (g) professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers; and (h) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Section 05
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics (or a similar analytics service) to collect aggregated information about site usage, including pages viewed, time on site, device type, and approximate location. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. You can also configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies, but some parts of the site may not function correctly without them. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

If you opt in or become a customer, we may send you promotional emails about new vehicles, events, and special offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages related to your booking, payment, or rental, which we need to send to operate the service.
Section 07
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, manage your rental, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet insurance requirements. Rental, payment, and telematics records are typically retained for several years after the end of a rental as required by law and industry practice.
Section 08
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Section 09
You may request to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@scottsdalexotics.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share; the right to request deletion of personal information; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@scottsdalexotics.com. Residents of the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with comparable laws may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Our services are intended for adults 21 years of age or older (25 or older for certain vehicles). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
Section 12
Our services are operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
