The official terms governing the Scottsdale Exotics × Track Adventures launch raffle.
Section 01
The Launch Raffle (the "Raffle") is sponsored by Scottsdale Exotics ("Sponsor," "we," "our," or "us"), located in Scottsdale, Arizona, in collaboration with Track Adventures. By entering the Raffle, you ("Entrant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Official Terms in their entirety.
Section 02
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Entry is available at no cost through the entry form on our launch page.
Section 03
The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Entrants under 21 are eligible to enter but any prize involving the operation of a vehicle may only be claimed by a winner who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age, holds a valid, current driver's license, and otherwise meets all standard rental requirements imposed by the Sponsor, including any deposit, insurance, and verification requirements. Employees of the Sponsor and Track Adventures, their immediate family members, and persons residing in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Section 04
Enter by submitting the entry form on the Sponsor's launch page with your name, email address, phone number, and stated interest. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, automated, scripted, or mechanically generated entries, and any attempt to enter through multiple identities or email addresses, are void and may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical failure of the entry form. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
Section 05
Three (3) prizes will be awarded: (1) one thirty (30) minute track session with Track Adventures at a Sponsor-designated event; (2) one (1) day exotic rental from the Scottsdale Exotics collection, subject to vehicle availability and booking windows; and (3) one car and two (2) seats on the October 31 rally, subject to rally rules, capacity, and availability. Prizes have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or assigned. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including unavailability. Actual vehicle, event date, and experience details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion and subject to change.
Section 06
WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS NOT EXPRESSLY INCLUDED IN A PRIZE, including but not limited to: vehicle insurance for any driving prize (the Sponsor does not provide insurance for the rental or rally prizes; the winner covers their own), fuel, tolls, traffic citations, parking, incidentals, deposits, and any federal, state, or local taxes owed on the value of a prize. Winners must sign any required agreement, waiver, or release before a prize is delivered. Prizes must be used by dates specified by the Sponsor; unused prizes expire with no cash or replacement value.
Section 07
Any prize involving on-track activity or rally participation is subject to Track Adventures' own rules, safety requirements, safety briefing, and signed liability waivers. Participation may be limited, conditioned, or refused at any time for safety reasons, weather, conduct, mechanical issues, or failure to follow instructions, without compensation or substitution. The Sponsor and Track Adventures reserve the right to refuse any individual's participation at their sole discretion.
Section 08
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified directly by email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time stated in the notification, is ineligible, or fails to satisfy any requirement of these Official Terms, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, or withheld, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Raffle are final and binding.
Section 09
BY ENTERING OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, EACH ENTRANT AND WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, TRACK ADVENTURES, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY, INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE RAFFLE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. All prize activities are undertaken at the winner's own risk. The Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in connection with any prize.
Section 10
By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may contact you by email, phone, or text using the information you provide, including marketing and promotional communications from Scottsdale Exotics and Track Adventures, and you may opt out of communications at any time. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
Section 11
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Raffle at any time and for any reason, including fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the Sponsor's control, without notice or liability. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Terms, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Entries are void where prohibited by law.
Section 12
These Official Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of the Raffle shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. If any provision of these Official Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Official Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Entrant and the Sponsor relating to the Raffle.
